Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery reaches most of Europe in 3–5 business days, and the rest of the world in 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm CET are dispatched the same business day. Standard EU delivery: 3–5 days. UK: 4–6 days. USA / Canada: 7–10 days. Rest of world: 10–14 days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Sale items are final sale. See our Returns page for full details.
How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. Our tees and hoodies run true to size. If you prefer an oversized look, size up one. Keychains and phone cases are one-size.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. All our garments use GOTS-certified organic cotton. Our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable. We are working toward carbon-neutral shipping by end of 2026.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter the fulfilment queue. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — select "Gift wrap" at checkout for €3. We include a handwritten note card and tissue paper in our signature red and gold palette.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for orders over €200.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the item and your order number at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, but we host pop-up events in Barcelona, Madrid, and London throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram for dates.
