Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label (EU customers) or a return address (non-EU customers).
  3. Pack the items securely and drop them at any post office.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? EU customers can exchange for free. Simply note your preferred replacement in your return email. Non-EU customers pay the standard outbound shipping rate for the replacement item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement after we process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Received a faulty or wrong item?

Email us at [email protected] with a photo within 7 days. We will send a replacement immediately, no need to return the original.
